Ham and Pineapple Sandwiches
Makes four servings
- 8 slices Nature's Pride® Honey Wheat bread
- 3 tablespoons light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 8 ounces deli ham
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced pineapple in 100% juice, drained
Combine mayonnaise and Dijon and spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Place lettuce leaf on bread and top with ham and pineapple rings. Top with remaining slice of bread, mayonnaise-Dijon side down.
Tip: If additional pineapple is desired, use a larger can and arrange two slices on each sandwich. Cover and refrigerate then use any remaining pineapple for another use.
